The 4th Annual ACA Women’s Retreat will take place from February 6-8, 2026, at the beautiful retreat center in Malibu, the Serra Retreat Center. Registration for this event opens on October 18, 2025, at 1 p.m. PDT. Double occupancy rooms are available for $280, while single occupancy rooms are priced at $340. We also offer limited scholarships for $140 on a first-come, first-served basis in exchange for service at the retreat. To stay updated on our ACA retreats for women, please join our email list below for notifications.
This retreat will feature ACA meetings, experiential workshops themed around recovery, and various activities designed to support your healing journey, such as arts and crafts, yoga, qigong, meditation, and labyrinth walks. Massage services will also be available for an additional charge. The registration fees cover the full retreat experience, which includes workshops, meetings, activities, and six meals from Friday dinner through Sunday lunch. Each room features two single beds, a fan, towels, washcloths, a heater, lamps, and a sink, sharing a bathroom (shower and toilet) with one other room. The registration fee is set for one person, and during the registration process, you can request a first and second choice of a roommate. This selected person must also register separately (or already be registered) and request you as their roommate. While we will do our best to accommodate your requests, please note that making a request does not guarantee you will be paired with that individual.
Who We Are
The ACA Women’s Retreat group focuses on providing retreats, events, workshops, meetings, and fellowship specifically for women. Our ACA Women’s Retreat Service Committee includes women primarily from Adult Children of Alcoholics and Dysfunctional Families, Co-Dependents Anonymous, and Al-Anon Family Groups. We welcome members from all 12-step programs to participate. As an autonomous ACA group, we serve our fellowship while honoring our individual recoveries. Our guiding principles are rooted in the ACA 12 Steps, 12 Traditions, and 12 Concepts of Service. We resonate with the Laundry List and the Solution, practicing Unanimity and Action Coming from Love, and we uphold the ACA Diversity statement.
Our Purpose
Our mission is to create a safe space for women to engage in their recovery.
How We'll Do It
We facilitate retreats, events, workshops, meetings, and fellowship that are specifically designed for women. We invite you to participate, grow, and heal within this authentic loving community at our Malibu retreats.
